[Alberg30] Storm Sails (Positive Stability Range)

Darn it, Alfredo.  Now you're making me think that I need to buy a new 
copy (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0071353232/alberg30-20) of 
this book.  The one I have is long on actual stories, but short on 
recommendations and conclusions.  Not only does the information in part 
1 look like it's very good stuff, but the stories in part 2 seem to be 
much newer than the ones in my 1981 edition.  The stories in my edition 
seem to be generally in the 1950's.
