[Alberg30] Deck repair

I bought a cheap router and a good 1/4" plunge cutter.  I set the depth at about 2/3 of the way thru the top layer and the balsa core and just started cutting as big a section as I could.  Where's the core's rotten the top laminate lifts right up exposing  all the rotten mess below.  The easy parts cutting the rotten stuff out.  If you havn't done any glass work before I strongly suggest you talk to people who have done it before.  Get the pros down to give you a quote and pick their brains good when come to understand the extent of the work--this is not a trivial undertaking.  I know, I completely re-cored and redecked number 433.
