Brian,

There's two good write-ups in the Maintenance Manual (pp. E4-E7) and I 
suggest reading both of them.  The first one recommends 5200 because 
that's what the marina owner recommended, but I'd go with Jim Mennucci's 
recommendation of "Rule Elastomeric" or "GE Silicone Glue and Seal." 
There's more than one way to skin this cat and these two articles will 
give you detailed descriptions of two approaches.

BTW, I notice the Jim recommended 1/4" over 3/16" and plexiglas over lexan.
