I wouldn't know how to categorize it, but they are happy to have walk in 
customers and are happy to let you browse around their scraps which are 
neatly organized and ready to be bought. They may not be able to cut 
stuff for you while you wait, but they are happy to have you as a customer.

I believe they are now called Piedmont Plastics. They still answer the 
phone Read Plastics sometimes. Just don't be suprised.
