[Alberg30] black caulk in cockpit lockers

The best used to be 3M 101, but I believe the black 3M 101 is no longer
made. I would use any black polysulfide. There are a couple of others
still on the market. I used one by (I believe) Life Caulk and it worked
well. It has good adhesion and stays reasonably plyable.
