[Alberg30] black caulk in cockpit lockers

Life Caulk makes a product called teak deck caulking. The real stuff is a
two part pourable mess but you don't need to go that far. They make a one
part caulk that is almost as good (I use it for touch ups on my teak decks).
They claim that any other type of caulk needs a primer.
