[Alberg30] Re: chain plate bolts

On #303 Emotional Rescue, we just put in 5/16 hex head SS machine screws in 
the 6 side chain plates and the one backstay plate. On the center plates, the 
holes in the wood knees were elongated at a 3o degree angle where the bolt 
was being pulled up. All of the 1/4 inch bolts on these center plates were 
bent. The others much less so. Glad that others have recommended that this be
