[Alberg30] A30 NOOD Results Day 2

I'm guessing that T.C. and Rolph were fighting it out at the second 
start and ended up "on course side" and didn't return for the over 
early flag and were charged as OCS. DNF means "Did not finish" and DNC 
means "Disqualified".
