[Alberg30] winch pedestals

The older boats had only one set originally. There may have been a factory
option to have a second set. All the newer style boats had two. It's ok to
fly the chute from cabin top winches, this issue is with the guy, the spin
sheet is ok. I'm not sure I would want to in heavy weather.
