[Alberg30] Bubble in compass

It can be fixed.  Somewhere there'll be a place to fill it--probably a 
screw covered with epoxy.  The fluid inside varies from manufacturer to 
manufacturer but is probably a light machine oil.  It's probably best to 
contact the manufacturer for advice.
