[Alberg30] Carine -ning

I once careened my Alberg 23 to check the rudder fitting without problems.
The hull form is very similar to the A30 just smaller. I ran a halyard out
to a small anchor to make sure it would lean towards the beach but I don't
think it was really necessary. Be aware of the damage that can be done to
the beach before taking on any work while careened. Don't scrape your
anti-fouling in the clam beds!
