[Alberg30] Deck Beam Repair

I will be doing my deck beam in a few weeks when I get the boat home to Miami--
I am going to use the 5/16"----- in addition I saw some Epoxy prep solution for aluminum
which apparently etches the aluminum so you get a better bond with the epoxy.

I am concerned about the jacking process as it seems as though the beam assembly would have taken
a "set" and would not be that easy to jack back to the original position --- and am concerned about stressing something
in the process.
