  I don't know anything about the area, but I'm forwarding this to a friend
in Seattle as well. He's not got a lot of experience in the area yet, but I
bet he's met some people that do and has gained a bit of knowledge from
them. His name is David Geoffrion and he sails a Columbia 36.
