Yes, this shouldn't be a difficult repair. I don't know the waterpump
on the Grey, but on the Atomic 4, there are two seals (not O-rings)
where the shaft goes through the pump housing. These are what need
replacing. Most people bend the last 1/4" of an old screwdriver to 90
degrees to make a tool for driving out the old seals. Check the shaft
before you order. If it's worn or scored, replace it, too.
Actually, I like having a spare shaft. It's easier to put the new
impeller on the spare shaft and then replace shafts, than to replace the
impeller on the boat.
