Before you go crazy repairing a delaminating tiller, price a new one.
When our tiller finaly fell apart we purchased a new one, unfinished,
and sanded and varnished the new one. Hey, my time is worth the cost of
a new tiller. Unless you really enjoy playing with two part epoxy,
clamps and sawdust. Just my lazy two cents worth.
