[Alberg30] Tape

Good morning - 

I love the golf tee idea!  But the epoxy trick has the following benefits...
first, it forms a dam that prevents water from entering the balsa but more
importantly, it gives you a solid hard compression structure in the deck
lamination for the bolts to tighten up against.
