[Alberg30] Tiller delamination

This past summer I had the same issue on Free Spirit. I fixed the
tiller using epoxy instead of glue.
I also had a second tiller made out of ash, this tiller was coated with
several coats of epoxy. The final product looks as if it had been
varnished.
