[Alberg30] Non-skid re-paint

I have had good results (in my wooden boat days) with International Paints'
additive for non-skid. Old timers use fine sand but that does not look so
nice a couple of years on as the paint on the peaks of the sand grains wears
off and looks like a bad case of blackheads. I think that the "good stuff"
Int markets is walnut shell. It absorbs paint while providing the
texture... which means that as the peaks wear there is still colour there.
