[Alberg30] Boats available

Among the things you'll run into when trying to buy an Alberg are
sellers who are only parting with their boat because they can't keep up
with the maintenance.

Some things you might want the joy of doing yourself - buying new sails,
setting up running rigging that suits you, etc. 

But you'd do well to try to find a boat that already has a diesel (we're
sticking with the A4 until the bitter end, but it's life is probably
measured in years now, not decades), has a sound deck, and hasn't been
drilled every which way to install the toy du jour.
