I have specialized in repairing sails and canvas since 1908 but no longer replace windows on enclosures due to arthritis in our hands. While we do represent a sailmaker, they do not make dodgers and enclosures either.

We do know Dave but do not know where his dodger and enclosure were made. Genco, in Toronto, has made quite a few A-30 dodgers and enclosures that we have seen. We think the boxy style suits the A-30 better than the rounded style. Installing 'hurricane handles' (external grab-rails) is a good idea too as they help to stabilize you while moving in and out of the cockpit.
