You can use any caulk, but we've had better luck with 1/16" thick 
neoprene gasketing.  We got some that's adhesive on one side, for ease 
of installation.  Look under "gaskets" in the yellow pages and you 
should find some industrial suppliers.  Prices are all over the map, so 
call around.  Also see if you can find some scrap they'll sell cheap.
