[Alberg30] Flexible Tanks

Everything I've heard about flexible tanks always relates to temporary
tankage. I've heard that chafe is a real problem if the tanks can move at
all. I have no direct experience with them but the new owner of my old
alberg 30 used temporary flexible tanks to carry upwards of 100 gallons of
water for our trip to Bermuda.

Does anyone have any experience with flexible tanks?  I seem reasonable in
price and, well, "flexible."  I thought of putting a waste tank and perhaps
fuel tank under the main cabin bunks.
