I just filled out my winter storage contract for dry land storage here in
New York (Brooklyn).
Winter season is Oct. 15 to April 15.
Dry Land storage........$35 / foot
Pressure Wash (req'd).....$3.50/ft
Blocking (reqd if keel is over 2')....$4.00/ft
Unstepping/ restepping if desired is $6.00/ft of boat each way
All are plus tax  (8.625%)
