[Alberg30] Genoa Track

On my Alberg, I had real "T" track. On my current boat the Genoa, inner jib,
and Main sail tracks are all built as you describe, flat track on top of a
wooden spacer. Two winters ago I removed the main traveler and the inner jib
tracks to facilitate the recaulking of my teak decks. The spacers broke into
pieces when I lifted them. It was fairly easy to make new spacers out of
teak stock using a table saw. I even picked up the stock at West Marine
locally (small enough piece that it didn't make sense to price shop).
