[Alberg30] Hurricane Havens Handbook

I found a great site describing, among other things, the effects of a
hurricane in Baltimore and Annapolis. It's written for Navy ships, but
has info such as the fact that the realistic limit for storm surge in
the upper Chesapeake Bay is about 6.2 feet over the astronomical tide
level. Check it quick, because at the end of the month the entire site
will be unavailable to non-military personnel. I guess they figure
we'll use hurricanes for evil, instead of good. ;-)
