[Public-list] Boom gallows

Hello - 

This is something I have considered - a good gallows doubles as something
nice and secure to grab when leaving the cockpit to to go forward.

If we did this to Surprise, I would mount the gallows on the cabin top
approx above the aft end of the companionnway scuttle's hood.  Putting it
there would let you make it as small as possible.
