Roger; I presume that the phrase 'mast at your pearl" was intentional; my  
wife just bought me a small paperback titled "Do You Spell Anan Retentive" with  
a hyphen? I don't know (no?) why she bought it for me.
 
As a architectural engineer myself, I would say that your structural
