It may not be terribly easy.  I know someone who built a propane locker
into the lazarette of an Alberg 35, but was still only able to use 5
pound tanks.  Remember that the vent has to drain downward at all angles
of heel while remaining above the waterline.  You also have to get the
tanks in and out.
