[Public-list] Cutlass bearing size (revisited)

Lee ... I have the used a slightly smaller bit wrapped a couple of tight
turns of thin tape (packing tape works well) and use a center punch to
give a slight dimple to help contain the tip of the bit ... this has
worked for me in the past.
