[Public-list] Boom end crack

Bill,

I believe there may be a replacement gooseneck at Bacons. Give them a call
or if you have time stop by. I believe that may be the easiest way to stop
gap fix the crack.

A buddy of mine used JB Weld last year & it failed on the first heavy wind
day. It was used on the gooseneck to address a crack. It just doesn't cut
it like a little heliarch weld or simply replacing it.  If you are going
to sail as hard as I believe you will ... try the other options I suggest.
