Todd,

I replaced the rubber gasket on the plunger on mine this year. I found it
from a boat yard in upstate New York (ESS-KAY Yards Inc. 315-676-2711) Very
nice people. It was cheap, I think the postage was as much as the gasket.

Thanks Scott,

The tank will hold pressure if pressurized - I managed to get the pump to
'catch' a couple of times and the tank did pressurize.  The main problem is
that most of the time the pump pushes down without any air going into the
tank.
