The Pennysaver (http://www.mdpennysaver.com/) is often a good place to
find a used dinghy, though I don't see one now.

The Baltimore Sun
(http://www.baltimoresun.com/classified/genmerch/boats/) is another.  It
has a good deal offered, but I'd bet it's gone already:
