  John:  I have #384 and the top is fiberglass as well.  In fact I have put
an 8" plastic access port in the top of it.   The plywood piece over top of
the tank also has an 8" plastic access port.   By removing (unscrewing)
these I can easily access the inside of the tank for cleaning.  They are
bolted with SS bolts and sealed with 3M 4200.  So far they have withstood
eight to ten foot waves.  I think the tank holds about 20 imperial gallons.
It's not very big when you get into it.
