Thanks for the tips, folks. Unfortunately, those boats mentioned are all on
the "wrong" (i.e., East) coast for me!

However, ten minutes browsing last night before bed-time lead me to at least
a half-dozen other interesting prospects.  Now to get to retirement. . .
