I've had my shaft/cutlassbearinghousing/sterntubeandstuffingbox assembly  out 
a few times already; How do you use the threaded rod? Any technique that  
makes this miserable job a little less miserable will be very  
welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   :)
