Here is my 2 cents --
Our four large ports were so crazed, you could barely see out.  Instead of Lexan or Acrylic, we went
for 1/4" safety glass.
Advantages:
- You will never have to deal with crazing!
-  Not overly expensive -- I gave the old lexan windows for templates, and local glass shop made all
four for $100.

Disadvantages:
-  You have to be very, very careful when tightening trim rings -- I cracked one by a slight over
torque.

Misc. comments:
- Yes, all four ports seem slightly different in size
-  I bought all new stainless fastners/castle nuts
-  I am very happy with glass!
