[Public-list] Alberg 29 - rudder maintenance

My Alberg 29 has a rudder which goes into a bronze block which is glassed to
the bottom of the keel.  There is a small screw hole underneath the bronze
block - directly underneath where the rudder tube enters the bronze block.
Three questions;

 

1.	Does the rudder require lubrication as part of regular haul out
maintenance?
2.	if so, what type of grease (or oil) would be used and
3.	Is the small screw hole underneath the bronze block access for
grease or oil?
