[Public-list] Stripping Varnish and applying Cetol

Use a heat gun and a sharp scraper to remove the varnish.  Sand only 
where needed.  Try to remove as little wood as possible.

Then clean and rinse the wood well before adding a new finish.  I think 
it's good to add a little chlorox to the cleaning solution, to kill and 
bleach any mold that may be in the grain of the wood.
