[Public-list] Toe rail

Bill,

This method may save some work, we ran a bead of silicon down the inside of
the toe rail which stopped any water intrusion into the seam. We also finish
the rail on an annual basis. 

If it were me, I wouldn't be happy if the wood started to break when being
reinstalled.

Tough call.

I replaced all the windows 2 Yrs ago and did the chain plates last year.
