[Public-list] Hull leaks

I have finally gotten in the water . All good except 2 things.
 
1) Under power - there is a leak from the hull. It can be a  significant 
stream and is scaring me. This leak emanates from behind the engine  where the two 
sides of the hull and the keel converge. Help !  Marine-Tex  ?
 
2)  My sails are finally done. She looks like a pregnant woman going  down 
Buzzards Bay. Any leads or tips would be greatly  appreciated.
