Hi Pete,
Sorry I don't have any pics or the "technology" to take any right now. So I'll try and give you a good description. Right now it's actually still a work in progress (like most of my life).
The box is made of half inch ply (bottom is 3/4). I rabbeted the corner joints so everything would line up nicely. Glued it up with epoxy. 3 of the corners have triangular cleats glued on the inside and one corner has a glass and epoxy fillet to allow room for the regulator and solenoid.I also gave a generous rounding to the outside corners, glassed them and faired it all down. I made the box to just fit the tank so it woud be as small as possible and so the tank would fit snugly. The top will be half inch ply with a lip around the bottom to fit around the locker. The whole thing will bolt to through the deck using pieces of plastic cutting board as feet to keep it off the deck and allow drainage(also remember to put vents in the bottom) Fuel line and solenoid wiring runs through the deck and is attached along the overhead of the cockpit locker, through the the bulkhead into the galley. Paint it to match your boat! If you want more capacity you can make one for each side.

I bow to popular opinion and will site it on the stern along with the dinghy outboard, self steering and stern anchor.Add the weight of the lazarette contents and Tait Tait will definitely have her nose in the air.
Andy, have you any pics of your box?
Pete
