Any pictures of the project?

How thick was the lexan?  Did you rout out a recess
for the lexan or just bolt it on top.

I am not sure I can picture the plastic spacer.  Can
you elaborate on any of this?  It would be nice to see
more before I take the plunge and start cutting.
