Mike, I did look at the floor and the bottom of the bulkhead and all seemed o.k. When I get back to Tait Tait in February I shall give that area a thorough examination before I start on the mast step repair.I may strengthen it anyway,just in case! Peter Amos Tait Tait #478 1105039214.0
