Peter,

The material was plexiglass it seems and also less than 1/4. 1/4 inch does
work, we used the tinted version of lexan last time which blocks just enough
light and uv in the cabin.

On charts, try contacting Blue Water Charts in Florida, if you need a number
I can ask Chris in the morning. He has classes until 10 this evening.
Chris's friend is working for them and he informed me that they are
constantly updating charts. Either they have the chart or can point you in
the right direction.

Does anyone know the thickness of the cabin windows and what the original
material is ?If I have time this trip I may replace them with Lexan.
I  am also looking for the number of a planning chart for the Western
Caribbean.The chart I have seen covers from about West Palm in the North to
Panama in the South and both sides of the Yucatan Peninsula.The one I saw
had the number cut off so that it would fit on a chart table! I think it was
from the DMA
