[Public-list] Ice in the Bilge

Hi Todd - 

What I call a 'cube heater' is a little set-up that involves an electric
heating element with a fan - they are sold in hardware stores in Canada
anyway and we call them cube heaters because they are about 10" square.
They throw a lot of BTU's
