Hi Pete

The water tank under the v berth holds about 120L; I have no idea what this 
amount to in gallons, sorry...

The ballast within the keel is iron, a single casting.  It is within the 
moulding of the keel and hull (ie nothing bolted on).  Alberg drew the boat 
initially to take lead, but iron was eventually chosen for cost saving.
