Roger, have you considered a kerosene stove? While the initial
purchase price is expensive, dollar for dollar it might be pretty
close in cost to the installation you are proposing.

BTW, your ground tackle might not be the best place to be trying to
save weight. Sometimes weight is just what an anchor needs to
penetrate the bottom for a secure hold.
