One thing to add to the comments regarding blocking your Alberg on grass; 
There's a gentleman on the Cruising World BB with a beautiful HR Mistral 
33 that was severely damaged when the yard failed to set the keel on a 
stable surface.  As the keel slowly sank into the grass over the winter, 
the jackstands began to support the weight of the boat rather than simply 
keep it propped up.  The point load stress on the hull was enormous and 
caused many thousands of dollars in damage.  I know our boats are pretty 
heavily built but so too are the Hallberg Rassy's.  Make sure the keel and 
stands remain at the same level.
