[Public-list] PHRF rating

John,
Naw, I realize the rating is a really great one, but I'm still not
beating the J27's or the Oysters, not to mention the Pearson Flyers and
Olsons, even with such a huge handicap.

Question....When I had my   boat hauled it weighed in just a out 10,000
lbs with practically everything off the   boat.  Was the engine weighed
as part of the boat when they say the boat should weigh 9,000 lbs?
