I have had good luck with West System.
 
As Bob said prepping the surface is very important. As usual, I have a  
unusual way I prep teak. A wire brush. liquid laundry soap, and lots of  water.
 
Wet the surface to be bonded then scrub using the wire brush and soap,  
scrubbing vigorously with the grain. This does two things, the soap removes the  
wax and the brush gouges the wood leaving a rough bonding surface. 
 
The big drawback is you heed to let them dry for a day.
 
Well it works for me.
